Pidilite Industries Limited is a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals, craft products, DIY products, and polymer emulsions in India. Its product range also includes paint chemicals, automotive chemicals, art materials and stationery, fabric care products, maintenance chemicals, industrial adhesives, industrial resins, and organic pigments and preparations.
Founded in 1959 in India, Pidilite has grown into a global company operating in over 80 countries, with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across eight international subsidiaries.
Most of the company’s products are developed through strong in-house R&D capabilities. The Fevicol brand has become synonymous with adhesives and is ranked among India’s most trusted brands. Other major brands include M-Seal, Fevikwik, Fevistik, Roff, Dr. Fixit, Araldite, and Fevicryl.
Pidilite Lanka
Pidilite has been present in Sri Lanka for over two decades, with the country emerging as one of its key international markets. The company entered Sri Lanka through a strategic partnership with Macbertan Holdings Ltd. Macbertan is a manufacturer of insulation materials and a subsidiary of McLarens Holdings Ltd. This partnership led to the formation of Pidilite Lanka Private Limited.
Pidilite Lanka combines global expertise with local understanding to serve Sri Lanka’s evolving construction and home improvement needs. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in the Export Processing Zone in Polgahawela, features a fully equipped in-house testing and R&D centre – reinforcing our commitment to sustainable local manufacturing.
